About The Position

Design the infrastructure that shapes everyday life. We create the systems that connect people, places, and opportunity, from complete streets and parks to utilities and civic spaces. As a Civil Designer, you’ll support a variety of public infrastructure projects and learn how smart design strengthens communities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience.
• EIT certification or ability to obtain within 12 months.
• Familiarity with Civil 3D (preferred, not required).
• Strong communication, teamwork, and curiosity about public infrastructure.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with Civil 3D

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing site, stormwater, and utility designs.
• Produce drawings, plans, cost estimates, and technical documents.
• Conduct site visits and assist with construction observation and data collection.
• Support senior engineers in evaluating design alternatives and solving technical challenges.
• Collaborate with teams across planning, environmental, surveying, and other disciplines.
• Engage in design training and mentoring activities that build technical foundation.
