About The Position
An outstanding, full-time opening has become available in the Coeur d’Alene area for a local individual with 3+ years’ experience as a Civil Designer/Drafter with a background in Land Development. This position would earn a generous base salary and a fantastic benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k with matching, PTO and other great perks.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Civil Design/Drafting experience with a focus on Land Development projects
- High competency with Planning / Preparation of Site Layout, Profiles , and Land Utility Plans i.e., Water, Gas, Sewer and Site Details is a MUST
- Experience preparing Storm Water Management, Erosion and Sedimentation Control calculations/reports required for project permits/approvals is a MUST
- Deep understanding of software platforms such as AutoCAD Civil 3D , and Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, etc. is a MUST
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Design/Drafting is a BIG PLUS
