Requirements

• Proven experience in civil site design and drafting.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and standard CAD software.
• A solid, practical understanding of land development principles, grading, drainage, and utility design.
• A keen eye for accuracy and a drive to deliver projects with the highest quality and efficiency.
• Someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and communicates clearly (both written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed, innovative civil site designs, including complex grading and drainage plans.
• Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and other advanced design software to draft and model project layouts with precision.
• Work seamlessly with our project engineers, surveyors, and external partners to ensure smooth execution from concept through construction.
• Prepare and meticulously review construction documents to ensure accuracy, compliance with regulations, and alignment with our high quality standards.
• Adapt and tailor designs to meet the unique and complex requirements of our diverse clientele.
