About The Position
This position focuses on light industrial site development projects. The ideal candidate will have 5-10+ years of site civil design experience, strong Civil 3D skills, and familiarity with local permitting. This is a full-time, on-site, direct hire opportunity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent relevant experience
- 5-10 years of relevant civil/site design experience
- Strong understanding of in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MS Excel
- Experience with local regulations and permitting processes
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Design and prepare site plans for paving, drainage, utilities, and grading
- Manage and coordinate permitting with local agencies
- Work closely with internal teams (survey, project management, construction)
- Communicate with external consultants and contractors to ensure timely project delivery
