Civil Design Engineer
About The Position
TTL, a steadily growing engineering design firm with over 500 employees, is seeking an experienced civil engineering project manager for its Daphne office. This role is crucial for driving growth by developing and maintaining client relationships across Alabama and the Florida panhandle. Responsibilities include business development, project scoping, analyzing alternative solutions, leading multi-discipline design projects, and mentoring junior professionals. The ideal candidate will understand state and local design criteria and coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, government agencies, and internal staff. TTL offers comprehensive support throughout the role.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
- Four to eight years or more of engineering design and construction administration experience in municipal, commercial, industrial, energy, residential, and general land development projects
- Alabama PE license, or the ability to obtain one within three months
