Requirements
- Must be admitted to the California bar in good standing.
- Experience in civil defense litigation in state and federal courts.
- Excellent research, writing, pre-trial discovery, and deposition skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team setting.
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to handle files with minimal supervision.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in aviation law, product liability, and/or premises liability is preferred but not required.
- Trial skills and experience would be an added benefit but not necessary.
- A writing sample is also preferred to be included.
