This position is ideal for an attorney with one to four years of civil litigation experience who desires early responsibility and meaningful exposure to complex cases. The role involves working on high-exposure cases for Fortune 500 clients in a collaborative and supportive team-based environment. Associates will have opportunities for client interaction and professional development, with a clear path for practice growth. Responsibilities include taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing substantive motions, and litigating matters from inception to resolution under the guidance of senior attorneys. Case types may include premises and retail liability, products liability, rideshare liability, construction defect, and commercial auto/trucking litigation. Many cases involve catastrophic losses, multiple claimants, and fatalities, requiring strong judgment, organization, and strategic thinking.

Requirements

1-4 years of civil litigation experience
