About The Position

B.H. Inc. is looking to hire a full-time Civil Superintendent to lead crews in various civil construction settings while adhering to all current safety standards. This role is ideal for a skilled heavy equipment superintendent seeking career advancement within a company that values an outstanding company culture and team atmosphere. The Civil Construction Superintendent will earn a flexible and competitive salary, paid weekly, with the schedule typically consisting of five to six 8 to 10-hour days per week. Requirements

• Experience running civil construction projects
• 5 years of experience in civil earth work
• Previous superintendent experience required
• Experience working with spreadsheets, word docs, and P6 software
• Strong communication skills
