City Specialist - Bilingual Mandarin/Cantonese

About The Position
We are looking for a driven and personable City Specialist to help expand our presence across key markets. This is a field-focused role where you will engage directly with local businesses, build relationships, and support onboarding and adoption of our platform. You’ll spend the majority of your time out in the community meeting with business owners, acting as the first point of contact, and helping connect them with internal sales teams. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing, tech-enabled environment and play a hands-on role in market expansion.
Requirements
- Minimum 6+ months of experience in a customer-facing role
- Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin or Cantonese
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Word/Docs, Excel/Sheets)
- Comfortable using technology (smartphone, tablet, computer) and basic troubleshooting
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle/car

- Basic SQL knowledge
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person visits to local businesses to introduce services and build relationships
- Engage prospective partners and schedule follow-up meetings with sales representatives
- Support onboarding of new partners and ensure a smooth setup experience
- Provide training on platform tools and drive product adoption
- Gather insights on partner needs, challenges, and priorities
- Represent the company professionally and create strong first impressions in the field
