About The Position

NoScrubs is seeking a City Manager to lead all aspects of the Chicago market. This is the first expansion market, and the role requires the ability to manage ambiguity and prioritize effectively to run the market efficiently. The position reports directly to the CEO. This is a ground-floor startup opportunity with significant potential for ownership and impact on operations, customer service, and the foundation for national expansion. The ideal candidate will demonstrate hustle, hard work, and creativity. Compensation will be significantly equity-weighted.

Responsibilities

Scrubber onboarding and management, including providing feedback and improving the Scrubber app.
Location partnerships, including visiting and onboarding laundry location partners and optimizing operating locations.
Developing and executing growth tactics and hustle strategies specific to the Chicago market.
Managing logistics with various delivery and robotics partners.
Handling customer service inquiries and investigating/root cause analyzing customer order issues.
Proactively identifying and owning projects to improve operations and customer experience.
