About The Position

NoScrubs is seeking a City Manager to lead all aspects of the Boston market. As this is the first expansion market, the City Manager will be expected to navigate ambiguity and prioritize effectively to ensure efficient market operations. This role reports directly to the CEO and offers significant opportunities for ownership at an early-stage startup. The company is looking for someone with major hustle, hard work, and creativity to improve operations and customer service in the Boston market. The role is described as a modern-day equivalent of Ernest Shackleton's job posting, with compensation being significantly equity-weighted. NoScrubs is a laundry delivery service aiming to eliminate the chore of laundry through a decentralized model, offering competitive pricing and fast turnaround times. The company has recently closed its seed round led by Initialized Capital.

Responsibilities

Scrubber onboarding and management, including providing feedback and improving the Scrubber app.
Location partnerships, including visiting and onboarding laundry location partners, and optimizing operating locations.
Developing and executing growth tactics and hustle strategies for the Boston market.
Managing logistics with various delivery and robotics partners.
Handling customer service inquiries and investigating/root cause analyzing customer order issues.
Proactively identifying and owning projects to improve operations, customer experience, and build the foundation for national expansion.
