About The Position

Contractors Supply, Inc is seeking a City Desk Sales Associate for their Gillette location. This role serves as the primary resource for all aspects of sales and returns for walk-in customers at the City Desk Sales Counter. The company has been serving the Gillette, Wyoming area since 1975 and prides itself on its experienced staff and commitment to customer service.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Prior sales experience in a wholesale plumbing supply or similar industry or willingness to learn
Courteous & neat in appearance
Friendly and positive attitude
Teamwork
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of warehouse and trucks
Ability to follow all safety requirements
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Ability to move 50+ lbs. with use of equipment.
Must be at work and on time per company schedule

Responsibilities

Assist customers with sales and returns at the City Desk
Receive phone orders and sales inquiries
Write up orders for customers at the City Desk
Fill will call orders
Fill UPS, Rapid Delivery, Karens Delivery, Speedee Delivery and Doreens Delivery orders as needed
Help maintain City Desk area after previous duties have been fulfilled
Handle After Hours Phone when scheduled
Perform other duties as assigned
