About The Position

C&C North America (Cosentino North America) has an opening at its Cosentino City Chicago facility in Chicago, IL for a City Center Manager position. The City Center Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the City Center (showroom), combining sales leadership, direct selling, and active business development. This role owns the City Center sales budget, manages key customer relationships, and drives growth through both showroom engagement and outside sales visits, while ensuring exceptional customer experience and strong brand presence.

Requirements

Three (3) years of experience in selling products in the stone manufacturing industry
Experience must include managing a full sales cycle and closing B2B and B2C deals
Planning events for Architects and Designers
Using CRM software

Responsibilities

Own and deliver the City Center sales budget, KPIs, and KAIs, with full accountability for results.
Develop and grow B2B and B2C relationships with key architects and interior designers in the area (includes visits inside and outside of the showroom) to generate new sales opportunities and partnerships.
Actively manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts, identifying new opportunities and closing sales.
Conduct face to face visits outside the showroom with key customers, specifiers, and prospects to generate sales aligned with assigned targets.
Identify, qualify, and follow up on potential leads, coordinating closely with outside sales roles to maximize conversion.
Understand customer needs and objectives, propose tailored solutions and coordinate internal resources to successfully close opportunities.
Prepare and follow up on estimates and quotations, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
Use digital tools and CRM platforms to track opportunities, manage pipeline activity, and drive customer engagement.
Welcome and engage every customer visiting the City Center, delivering a best in class, personalized customer experience.
Promote brand recognition through effective product positioning, differentiation, and customer product training.
Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing ongoing support and follow up throughout the sales journey.
Monitor market trends and competitive activity through industry events, professional associations, and external initiatives with potential sales impact.
Ensure the City Center is always maintained in perfect condition, fully aligned with brand standards.
Lead and manage the City Center Specialist, clearly aligning responsibilities and performance expectations with showroom sales objectives.
Plan and execute a high end calendar of events that drives traffic, engagement, and sales opportunities.
Manage the City Center operating budget efficiently and responsibly.
Actively motivate and encourage the outside sales team to utilize the City Center as a strategic sales and brand building space.
