The Citrus Club Bartender is responsible for the safe and sanitary preparation of beverage orders and ensuring that the bar area and supply of liquors, beers, wines, and other beverages is maintained. This role involves preparing drink orders according to customer requests and recipe specifications, checking customer identification for legal age, calculating and collecting bar tabs, and tracking, opening, and securing bottles of liquor, beer, and wine. The bartender will also be responsible for the set-up of the bar unit, tables, chairs, and supplies, cleaning glassware and utensils, stocking ice and glassware, and maintaining and replenishing all bar beverages and supplies. Additionally, the role requires maintaining a safe and clean bar environment, including monitoring customer alcohol consumption.
