Citrix Systems Engineer

About The Position
In this role, you will work as part of a team responsible for maintaining, configuring, load balancing, and optimizing Citrix NetScaler environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 16+ years of overall IT experience
- Hands-on experience installing and configuring vCenter Server
- Experience managing ESXi clusters
- Strong knowledge of VMware technologies, including: vSphere, vCenter, Aria Suite
- Experience implementing NSX, SRM, and/or vSAN in disaster recovery or failover environments
- 3+ years of experience in infrastructure architecture and designing complex distributed systems, including: Failover strategies, Recovery/rollback processes, Application partitioning
- Experience monitoring and maintaining the health of virtual machines across multiple data centers
Nice To Haves
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Understanding of network and storage architectures, including: SCSI, RAID, Ethernet, Multi-processor (SMP) designs
- Experience virtualizing enterprise applications
- Familiarity with AWS environments
- Experience with VMware v7
- Strong networking background
- Experience supporting cloud migration efforts
- Experience with automation and operational integration across IT infrastructure
