About The Position
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Citrix Engineer with strong expertise in designing, implementing, administering, and supporting enterprise-scale Citrix environments across both On-Premises and Cloud platforms. The ideal candidate will possess deep hands-on experience with Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops, Citrix DaaS, NetScaler/ADC, Citrix Workspace, image management, performance optimization, and end-user computing services. This role will be responsible for platform stability, modernization initiatives, operational support, automation, and architecture improvements across hybrid Citrix environments.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years Experience designing, implementing, administering, and supporting enterprise-scale Citrix environments across both On-Premises and Cloud platforms.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

- Deep hands-on experience with Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops, Citrix DaaS, NetScaler/ADC, Citrix Workspace, image management, performance optimization, and end-user computing services.
Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and support enterprise Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops environments.
- Administer and manage Citrix DaaS (Citrix Cloud) and On-Prem Citrix deployments.
- Manage Citrix Workspace, StoreFront, Delivery Controllers, Cloud Connectors, and Director.
- Configure and support Citrix ADC (NetScaler Gateway) for secure remote access.
- Perform capacity planning, scalability assessments, and environment optimization.
- Lead Citrix platform upgrades, migrations, and modernization initiatives.
- Support Citrix workloads hosted on Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Hybrid Cloud environments.
- Deploy and manage Cloud Connectors and resource locations.
- Support cloud-based VDI and application delivery services.
- Drive migration of legacy on-prem Citrix infrastructures to Citrix Cloud/DaaS.
