Bankers will identify customers' personal financial goals and suggest tailored solutions for future planning, home buying, or opening new credit cards. They will also introduce customers to digital and mobile banking options, such as the app or ATMs. Collaboration with partners in Wealth Management, Mortgage, and Business Banking is essential for addressing more complex financial needs. Additionally, the role includes making outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial checkup appointments, recognizing that customer needs evolve. All financial policies and procedures, including proper cash handling and compliance with state and local laws and regulations, must be followed.
