Citizens Bankers are the face of the branch, dedicating their time to understanding customers and building lasting relationships through trusted financial advice. This role involves leveraging strong communication and problem-solving skills, along with broad financial knowledge, to provide recommendations and assist customers with solutions for spending, saving, borrowing, and investing needs. You will identify customers' personal financial goals and offer tailored solutions, such as planning for the future, home buying, or opening new credit cards. The position also requires introducing customers to digital and mobile banking options, collaborating with partners in Wealth Management, Mortgage, and Business Banking for complex financial needs, and making outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial checkup appointments. All responsibilities must be performed in adherence to financial policies, procedures, proper cash handling, and all state and local laws and regulations.
