About The Position

Sitestream, a Polaris Software Group company in Beverly, MA, is seeking detail-oriented and motivated team members to support our traffic safety programs by reviewing and processing traffic violations with accuracy and care. As part of a fast-growing, mission-driven company, you will help ensure that our partner communities receive high-quality, reliable program outcomes. A strong work ethic, consistency, and the ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment are essential for this role. This role is based on site in our office in Beverly and is for between 20-30 hours per week - flexible over 4/5 days.

Requirements

Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check, including fingerprinting.
Must have an existing right to work in the US.

Responsibilities

Review traffic violations using custom software and established program rules to determine whether an infraction is valid.
Carefully apply program guidelines, double-check details, and uphold accuracy standards to support law enforcement partners.
Update system data, track reviewed citations, and ensure all documentation is complete and correct.
Help maintain smooth workflows, communicate any issues, and contribute to team processes that support high-quality programs.
Adhere to program requirements, company policies, and confidentiality standards at all times.
