OR Circulating Nurse Outpatient Surgery
About The Position
The Circulating RN will work 36 hours weekly in a full-time, dayshift position, consisting of three 12-hour shifts. This role does not require weekend, holiday, or on-call duties. The position demands strong clinical knowledge and skills related to operating room procedures. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, possess a positive attitude, and have excellent communication skills. Flexibility in work schedules and duties is expected, including ancillary tasks such as cleaning rooms between cases, stocking rooms, assisting in the central sterile area, expediting room turnover, and demonstrating good organizational skills. A strong understanding of teamwork in a fast-paced environment is essential.
Requirements
- Active Kentucky License
- BCLS Required
- OR experience required
Nice To Haves
- ACLS preferred
- CNOR preferred
