Build the team, shape the process, and lead the movement toward a more sustainable future. As the Circularity Team Lead, you will lead our circularity initiative at the Irving Repair Center, spearheading efforts to maximize efficiency and sustainability. This pivotal role entails three main workstreams: managing a dynamic team responsible for receiving, meticulously deconstructing tools, and selecting premium components for future use; managing our apprenticeship program; and managing critical functions of our refurbished tool donation program. Your leadership, communication skills, and ability to work cross-functionally will be instrumental in maintaining optimal stock levels and ensuring smooth operations. This position requires reporting key performance indicators locally, regionally, and internationally. With ambitious growth projections, you will need to bring innovation, creativity, and adaptability to the table as you navigate this evolving landscape. Reporting to the Tool Service Center Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our circularity initiative forward.
