About The Position

Ace Pipe Cleaning, Inc. is seeking an experienced CIPP Sewer Lining Tap Cutter Operator. This role requires proficiency in tap cutting, as well as the ability to maintain and troubleshoot robotic tap cutting equipment. Candidates should have experience operating reinstatement cutters inside lined sewer systems. The position typically involves a minimum of 40+ hours per week, 5 days per week, with opportunities for travel.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years' experience in lateral service reinstatements.
Ability to safely operate all equipment.
Ability to travel 75%-90% of the time.
CDL A or B with Tanker is preferred.

Responsibilities

Proficiently operate robotic tap cutting equipment.
Maintain and troubleshoot robotic tap cutting equipment.
Operate reinstatement cutters inside lined sewer systems.
Monitor and control processing operations.
Maintain records of operations, including hourly operating data and abnormal operation conditions.
Perform daily inspections and required preventative equipment maintenance (daily greasing, tightening, changing filters).
Clean equipment inside and outside daily.
Initiate emergency procedures to ensure safety and prevent damage to equipment.
Document and report any malfunctions or unsafe conditions.
