Requirements

• Construction, utility, mechanical, or underground experience preferred.
• Ability to perform physical labor outdoors.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
• Comfortable working around heavy equipment.
• Willingness to learn CIPP installation techniques.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends when required.

Nice To Haves

• Previous CIPP experience.
• Pipe installation or rehabilitation experience.
• Heavy equipment experience.
• OSHA 10 certification.
• CDL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with CIPP liner installation and rehabilitation activities.
• Prepare job sites and equipment for installation.
• Perform pipe cleaning, preparation, and finishing work.
• Operate hand tools, pumps, generators, and other construction equipment.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials.
• Support equipment setup and breakdown.
• Perform general construction labor tasks.
• Follow instructions from Foremen and Superintendents.
• Maintain safe work practices and jobsite cleanliness.
• Complete required documentation and inspections.
• Travel to project locations as needed.
