Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Self-motivated — you can run your shift with minimal oversight
- Sharp attention to detail and solid documentation habits
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in hot, cold, and wet conditions
Nice To Haves
- CIP, sanitation, or food manufacturing experience a big plus — but not required if you're a fast learner
Responsibilities
- Run and monitor Clean-In-Place (CIP) systems on production equipment
- Mix and verify cleaning/sanitizing solutions to exact specifications
- Inspect equipment after cleaning to confirm it's truly ready for production
- Keep accurate, audit-ready cleaning logs and documentation
- Spot and troubleshoot CIP system hiccups before they become problems
- Champion food safety, GMP, and plant safety standards on every shift
