About The Position

CIP/COP CQV Lead Job Summary: We are seeking a CIP/COP CQV Lead with a minimum of 13-14+ years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Clean-in-Place (CIP) and Clean-out-of-Place (COP) systems. They should have strong experience with CIP/COP equipment, cleaning processes, system design, commissioning, qualification, and verification. The individual in this role must be capable of independently leading the CIP/COP node, providing technical direction, and coordinating execution activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 13-14+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Expertise in Clean-in-Place (CIP) and Clean-out-of-Place (COP) systems.
• Knowledge of CIP/COP equipment, cleaning processes, system design, commissioning, qualification, and verification.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to provide technical direction and coordinate activities.

Nice To Haves

• Certification in CIP/COP systems.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or biotech industries.
• Knowledge of FDA regulations and GMP guidelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the CIP/COP node independently.
• Provide technical expertise in the areas of CIP and COP systems.
• Oversee cleaning processes and equipment.
• Coordinate system design, commissioning, qualification, and verification activities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
