About The Position

WiSC Enterprises is seeking an experienced CIO Team Lead to provide strategic leadership and oversight for enterprise IT programs supporting the Intelligence Community. This role is responsible for managing complex IT operations and system enhancement initiatives, ensuring alignment between mission priorities and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will bring strong program management experience, a proven ability to lead technical teams, and expertise in developing executive-level deliverables, managing resources, and driving program performance. This position requires close collaboration with stakeholders to deliver high-impact IT solutions in a mission-driven environment.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience leading enterprise IT programs and managing complex technical initiatives
• Experience developing decision-quality materials (e.g., strategic papers, options analyses, executive briefings) and driving executive action tracking
• Proven ability to oversee portfolio/program performance, including: Resource planning, Acquisition and procurement strategy, Vendor management and enterprise licensing
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data analytics, software engineering, or a related technical field OR High School Diploma (or equivalent) with additional experience
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree OR Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience with a High School diploma
• Active TS/SCI with Poly

Nice To Haves

• Active Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional certification
• Experience translating mission priorities into actionable IT roadmaps, investment plans, and measurable outcomes

Responsibilities

• Serves as a key personnel role responsible for leading and managing enterprise IT programs supporting the Intelligence Community.
• Provides strategic direction and oversight across IT operations, systems enhancement efforts, and program performance management.
• Guides complex initiatives, coordinates resources, and ensures alignment between mission priorities and IT capabilities.
• Develops executive-level materials, supports acquisition and resource planning, and drives accountability across multiple stakeholders.
• Translates technical requirements into actionable plans and measurable results.
• Oversees enterprise IT governance, vendor management, and strategic planning.
