About The Position

We are looking for a Senior leader to manage the technology strategy and implementation for the majority of our corporate functions: GHR, Audit, Risk and Compliance, Corporate Secretary, Legal, Security, Resiliency and Real Estate. Role requires managing delivery across a diverse set of very senior stakeholders and engaging stakeholders in strategic direction, north star workshops, initiative planning, risk posture and remediation, vendor landscape, costs, and operational implications of productivity initiatives and emerging tech. The technology delivery team is large, global, and contains a diversity of technical skills and vendor SMEs. Technical execution ranges from vendor integrations, legacy management, new builds, and cutting edge technology. An important responsibility is growing and managing talent across the global workforce and optimizing footprint to make the most of skills and business roles in region. Role requires significant risk management across issues both in the business and GTS, and execution against business and GTS MRAs and MRIAs. There is synergy and interdependency between various functions and opportunities for reuse in products such as “Just Ask,” a global corporate digital assistant. Role is responsible for managing large labor and non-labor budget to a high degree of accuracy, and rationalizing vendor, data, and delivery footprint to achieve savings. Executing a large degree of transformation across corporate areas, driven by new technologies such as GenAI. Expected to be a vocal contributor to strategy, work optimization and efficiency, and people development and culture.

Requirements

  • A smart, challenging and energetic leader, with a deep understanding of how to build and execute strategy across a Global organizations.
  • Critical thinking skills, decisiveness, nimbleness, ability to motivate high performance and to influence across the business and GTS.
  • Strong risk and financial management skills.
  • A leader with a high degree of integrity managing people and making decisions; able to act in a transparent and consistent manner, not afraid to deliver and manage complex and difficult messages
  • Run/operate excellence: ability to improve service health, incident/problem management, and reliability while transforming
  • Effective engagement with sourcing and vendor partners, helping shape vendor strategy and simplification efforts to support delivery outcomes, resiliency, and cost discipline.
  • Bachelor Degree, preferably in computer science or engineering
  • Minimum of ten years of experience, preferably in the financial industry
  • Strong expertise in corporate systems and managing execution that includes proprietary builds, vendor integration, and data strategy.
  • Proven leadership in driving large-scale technology transformation, including modernization of legacy platforms, adoption of cloud and SaaS solutions, automation of core workflows, and rationalization of application and vendor landscapes to improve agility, resilience, and cost efficiency.
  • Change leadership that drives adoption, process redesign, and sustained business value.

  • Supporting control work, including Archer, Clarity, and other platforms.
  • Supporting office of corporate secretary tools and platforms.
  • Managing a large labor and non-labor budget to a high degree of accuracy, and rationalizing vendor, data, and delivery footprint to achieve savings.
  • Executing a large degree of transformation across corporate areas, driven by new technologies such as GenAI.
  • Being a vocal contributor to strategy, work optimization and efficiency, and people development and culture.
