Join us to drive transformation tailored to our client's challenges of today and tomorrow. Informed and validated by science and data. Superpowered by creativity and design. All underpinned by technology created with purpose. About the Job You’re Considering As AI reshapes how organizations operate, compete, and create value, we are evolving our consulting model to be AI-enabled by design — augmenting human judgment with analytics, automation, and generative AI. You’ll join the Business Technology (BT) team, whose mission is to align directly with the CIO agenda and help organizations shape large-scale technology transformations. BT focuses on strategy-led work supporting clients as they make major enterprise technology investments and define multi-year transformation roadmaps. The work is centered on platform strategy, IT and AI operating models, and enterprise transformation projects that are often board-facing, business-critical, and require strong integration between business strategy and technology decisions. BT is actively growing its capabilities in cloud strategy, AI architecture, and CIO advisory, with an emphasis on innovation, AI enablement, and modern operating models.
