About The Position

The CIB Markets - Fixed Income Analyst researches, analyzes, and prepares support documents and client presentation materials as requested by the team and management. This role involves analyzing market trends, industry developments, and client needs to support business strategy and decision-making. The analyst will develop and present insights, recommendations, and solutions to help clients address business challenges and achieve their goals. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is key to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, supporting the management and growth of existing client relationships, and building new partnerships. The role also includes preparing client materials, reports, presentations, and other business communications, contributing to project execution, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work products. Partnering with colleagues across multiple business functions to coordinate initiatives and drive successful outcomes is essential. A strong understanding of market dynamics, products, services, and industry best practices must be maintained, along with ensuring adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards. Support for continuous improvement efforts and contribution to team objectives and organizational success are also expected.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree: in related field or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education - Required
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Presentation and public speaking skills.
  • Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to travel as required.
  • Strong analytical / problem solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office products - Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Sales oriented, energetic, and self-motivated with strong initiative to achieve sales goals.
  • Process-oriented, detailed and strong aesthetic sensibility.
  • Advanced in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) with ability to learn new software(s).
  • Proven ability work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills and project management skills.

  • 1-3 years of Financial Services industry experience.
