About The Position

Amentum is seeking experienced CI Analysts to protect critical unclassified DoD program and technology information resident on, or transiting, Defense Industrial Base (DIB) unclassified systems and networks. This role Identifies, monitors, and assesses foreign intelligence efforts attempting collection of sensitive national security information on U.S. persons, activities and interests, including threats posed by emerging technologies to U.S. operations and interests. And applies understanding of foreign intelligence capabilities / activities and U.S. and foreign partner CI capabilities and TTPs for in-depth analytic research and production of all-source CI studies and contributes to developing CI strategies.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field and 20 years’ relevant experience; with a portion of the experience within the last 2 years, or Bachelor’s degree and 22 years of relevant experience, or Associate degree and 24 years of relevant, or High school diploma and 30 years of relevant experience.
  • US government clearance: Current Top Secret/SCI
  • Must be a graduate of in-residence Fundamentals of Intelligence Analysis course or Military Service equivalent.
  • TS//SCI – must be willing to take a polygraph if requested

Responsibilities

  • Conduct analysis of known or suspected FIE collection activity against compromised US Army technological information.
  • Produce intelligence products including initial information reports and formal information reports for Damage Assessments, as well as Cyber Intrusion Damage Assessment (CIDA) briefings.
  • Focus on a broad overview of FIE collection activity against identified compromised technologies to inform the team of the FIE threat to specific technologies and assist in the refinement of compromised technologies.
  • Produce written intelligence assessments to identify CI threats against US Army interests.
  • Perform research, analysis, and production of FIE Threat Assessments, Multidiscipline CI Threat Assessments (MDCITA), FIE Threat Briefings, CI Notes (CIN), ASRs, responses to RFIs, and analytical support to named operations.
  • Conduct, develop, produce, and present programs of instruction in specified collection operations TTPs, and related or supporting processes, relevant to the various human intelligence and technical intelligence operations under DoD authorities.
