Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • 4+ years of previous relatable Customer Install Channel Manufacturer Sales experience, Consumer Electronics or IT account management experience, and/or experience in CE Distribution where advanced data analytics skills, organizational skills, decision making abilities, taking initiative, and timely follow-up were critical to driving business results
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of an organization both internally and externally
  • Experience with large partners/portfolio
  • Ability to travel within the US up to 40% of the time
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills and outstanding presentation and sales skills
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, v-look ups, and data analysis)

Responsibilities

  • Support existing CI field sales managers, allowing for career growth into full CI field sales management.
  • Working with Director of Sales and field CI sales managers, support sales activities such as, but not limited to, account cold calling, account follow up, account program tracking, event support, etc.
  • Provide support and increase revenue in all territories.
  • Enable and support each territory manager to quickly identify opportunity where day-to-day manager role is directly managing relationships.
  • Review sell-thru data to identify key areas of focus.
  • Conduct monthly buying group and territory reviews.
  • Support account cultivation and development for all accounts in the named (6) territories.
  • Responsible for Platinum Dealer opportunity identification and performance tracking and sales manager/account follow up.
  • Responsible for Buying Group Dealer opportunity identification and performance tracking and sales manager/account follow up.
  • Act as key contact for contracted consulting group (Brawn Consulting), responsible for Custom Integration asset development and coordination as needed (Comparison Grids, Accessory Grids, Spec Sheets, 2D Drawings.
  • Working with field sales managers, identify and research NEW account prospects to increase revenue in all territories.
  • Support events with invite coordination and follow up.
  • Other duties as assigned.
