We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Reliability and Continuous Improvement Manager to support and enhance asset performance, maintenance strategies, processes and best practices within a dynamic Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) environment. This role contributes strategically to reliability and continuous improvement efforts by applying data analytics, Lean and Six Sigma principles, and key elements of reliability engineering such as failure analysis, asset criticality assessment, and maintenance optimization to drive efficiencies and savings. The Reliability and Continuous Improvement Manager collaborates with the account team to establish priorities, initiatives and goals while working with the Corporate Reliability team to ensure compliance with EMCOR standards, processes and best practices associated with asset health, asset performance data, maintenance specifications and PM standards, maintenance processes, staffing level analysis, and Cap Ex planning based on asset condition assessments and historical performance and criticality. The Reliability and Continuous Improvement Manager will identify and recommend and execute actionable improvements. While not responsible for enterprise-level program leadership, the role may independently lead internal account-level projects that target improved equipment reliability, reduced downtime, enhanced and more efficient facility operations, driving towards a lower total cost of ownership (Savings). This position is ideal for an engineer looking to apply both strategic thinking and hands-on problem solving in a collaborative, performance-driven setting.
