Overview The Program Tracking Specialists serves as the analytical resource responsible for designing, implementing and evaluating sales incentives and objectives within a market(s) across 150+ suppliers. These roles are expected to serve as the business analytic thought partner collaborating directly with Commercial Operations, Trade Development, Sales Resources, and Corporate Center of Excellence (COE) insights team to provide qualitative results of past performance to incorporate into the annual planning process to design more effective incentives and programming.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience creating and developing analytical tools from scratch with little or no supervision
  • 1 or more years of relevant analytical, and/or commercial work, consulting, project management experience is required
  • Work experience in a data intensive position using Microsoft Excel
  • Communicate clearly and effectively in writing and verbally
  • Able to obtain and meet industry licensing requirements as needed

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for analyzing and phasing of all commercial sales incentives within their respective market(s) of responsibility
  • Developing accurate incentive analysis as results are provided to suppliers for their validation and result in the payment of all variable compensation for SGWS Commercial Sales Teams
  • Provide trade development partners with comprehensive incentive parameters that vary by supplier, channel, market, and incentive type to be used in design of all programming
  • Partner with other Commercial Intelligence teams to develop and share best practices for program design, implementation, and performance measurement across markets
  • Implement incentives through complex route-to-market structures across multiple markets to ensure program compliance and drive optimal results
  • Directly work with corporate supplier analytics resources to develop customized local incentives based on national program
  • Develop strategic recommendations for SPP objectives by analyzing RTM Goal Segments, market performance, and supplier contractual requirements to align with overall goal strategy
  • Create comprehensive program recaps and performance analyses, including payout calculations and ROI assessments for leadership and supplier decision-making
  • Serve as subject matter expert and primary point of contact for sales performance model questions, providing analytical support and strategic guidance
  • Conduct ongoing analysis of incentive attainment and program performance, identifying trends, gaps, and optimization opportunities to maximize commercial impact
  • Evaluate program effectiveness and provide strategic recommendations for program enhancements and optimization
  • Design from scratch reporting dashboards and performance tracking tools to monitor program effectiveness and provide real-time insights to leadership and stakeholders
  • Coordinate with local SGWS partners to optimize incentive structures and ensure alignment with market-specific route-to-market requirements
  • Ensure accurate program administration including goal setting, tracking, reporting, and financial reconciliation processes
  • Perform other duties as assigned
