Develops effective relationships with business units, divisions, or groups of users. Ensures required IT/OT services are identified, developed, and supported to the satisfaction of the business unit/division. Establishes and maintains service level agreements and is the main point of contact for all service issues. Configures, installs, maintains, and upgrades computer systems hardware and software. Coordinates escalations with 3rd party resources and vendors. Collaborates with technology resources, leadership, and customers to develop solutions to business challenges that ensure the safe, compliant, and reliable operations of company assets. Supports end user access to corporate hardware and software. Maintains a professional relationship with the Delek's business units to ensure alignment to assist them in reaching their goals. Develops effective work relationships at various job levels with different business units to ensure strategy is aligned across the organization. Understands and applies the various IT methodologies which include project management, service management and system architecture. Leverages IT Information Library (ITIL) process such as Service Operations, Change Management and Problem Resolution to manage new services that deliver enterprise value. Hardware management to include, IT and OT systems at assigned site(s), ensuring system availability, backup, and disaster recovery. Administers IT and OT systems and acts as a key resource for execution of projects and operational initiatives.
