About The Position

RenXTech, a wholly owned subsidiary of Buchanan & Edwards, is seeking candidates with exceptional technical capabilities for the CI Officer L5 position. This role involves identifying and evaluating counterintelligence concerns, providing written products and briefings, and offering subject matter expertise to customer leadership. The ideal candidate will be able to present research and briefings to senior managers quickly and thoroughly in a fluid environment, produce collection, develop strategies, engage leadership, and implement plans. The position requires managing multiple research projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment, acting as the main point of contact between field and office guidance. Applicants will be evaluated and placed in a level from 1-5 based off of experience, assessments and customer feedback.

Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Must have an Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
  • Bachelors' Degree and at least 1-20 years of Customer specific experience
  • Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in All-Source analysis
  • Experience writing IC-related documents
  • Experience and understanding of research, analysis and use of tools specific to the end customer is highly desirable
  • Experienced in creating, reading and processing all - source intelligence, including the ability to conduct research, analysis, reports from all disciplines
  • Be able to communicate details clearly and effectively verbally as well as in writing
  • Attention to detail and the ability to effectively follow-through and manage status reporting and scheduling
  • Foreign field experience from at least two overseas tours or extensive overseas TDY experience
  • Direct Customer experience and tradecraft certifications
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment with the ability to handle stressful situations
  • Be very detail oriented, able to communicate details clearly and effectively verbally (daily communication and in presentations) as well as in writing
  • Experience in Intelligence Operations/Analysis/Support to Field Operations

Nice To Haves

  • Experience and understanding of research, analysis and use of tools specific to the end customer is highly desirable
