Requirements

Proficiency in DAX & SQL.
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
Knowledge of Lean & Agile methodologies.
Excellent communication skills and customer focus.
Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
Willingness and eagerness to learn and grow.
Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or Business Administration (preferred).

Responsibilities

Engage with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, translating them into effective digital solutions.
Present insights and findings compellingly to various stakeholders.
Retrieve and compile data from diverse sources.
Cleanse, transform, and integrate data into comprehensive datasets.
Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using leading BI tools.
Update and maintain existing BI solutions for optimal performance.
Document data models and BI solutions to ensure easy reference and maintenance.
Improve KPI reporting and data visualizations for existing safety metrics.
Work across functions to identify what is working and not related to our safety reporting.
Collaborate with the CI Digital team to identify and implement improvement plans.
Review department-level KPI metrics to identify any gaps in reporting.
Work with stakeholders to identify what is needed and build/execute a plan to address reporting needs.
Document and map key metrics and calculations.
