About The Position
The Restaurant Team Member provides fast, friendly guest service and supports restaurant operations. The role includes maintaining a clean restaurant, preparing and serving food in accordance with brand, company, and health department regulations, and ensuring product quality, food safety, and operational standards. The team member keeps accurate cash, sales, and inventory records, follows applicable laws and safety codes, and completes incident reports under the company’s 5-minute rule policy. Team members are expected to demonstrate the company values: One Team, Do the Right Thing, Takes Ownership, and Play to Win. Requirements
- Excellent communication skills.

- Frequently bend, twist at the waist, kneel, squat, stand, and walk.
- Occasionally climb and descend ladders.
- Tolerate extreme cold and hot temperatures and work around fryers, ovens, grills, coolers, freezers, sharp objects, and loud noises.
- Reach, grasp, and manipulate objects with hands throughout the shift, including reaching overhead.
- Frequently push, pull, lift, and carry up to 10 pounds, and occasionally up to 50 pounds or more, including lifting from ground to overhead.

- Provide excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner.
- Maintain a clean restaurant by cleaning and performing general housekeeping duties.
- Prepare and serve food in accordance with brand, company, and health department regulations.
- Ensure product quality, food safety, and operational standards are met.
- Keep accurate cash, sales, and inventory control records.
- Follow government laws and safety codes.
- Complete reports on incidents in accordance with the 5-minute rule policy.
