Requirements
- Must be able to work under the supervision of the Church’s Manager and Assistant Manager.
Responsibilities
- Supporting and, in the absence of the Church’s Manager or Assistant Manager, leading the operations of the Company’s Church’s franchise operations at the assigned location during shifts.
- Ensuring that the franchise is in compliance with all Church’s requirements and directives.
- Ensuring compliance with all health and food safety guidelines and requirements.
- Managing the operations and team members during the assigned shift.
