Requirements
- Must have experience as an Assistant Manager.
- Must have experience in the fast-food industry.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities
- Support the Church’s Manager in the overall operation of the company’s Church’s franchise operating at the location.
- Ensure that the franchise is in compliance with all Church’s requirements and directives.
- Ensure compliance with all health and food safety guidelines and requirements.
- Direct oversight of Church’s employees.
- Scheduling.
- Inventory ordering and inventory management.
- Store cleanliness.
