About The Position
A church in Pelham, Alabama is seeking caring and dependable Child Care Providers to work in its nursery or Children's Ministry during Sunday morning services through the SitterTree app. This is a flexible weekend work opportunity in a welcoming church environment. You can choose to work one Sunday or all available Sundays based on your availability. SitterTree is a tech platform dedicated to connecting parents, preschools and congregations with trusted, local child care.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Must be willing and able to complete and pass a background check
- Previous child care experience as a babysitter, nanny, church nursery worker, daycare, preschool, or early learning center teacher, etc.
- Experience with infant and toddler care including diaper changing, naptimes, bottle feeding, etc.
- Strong understanding of child development
- Patient, kind, and nurturing
- First aid/CPR certified, including pediatric
Responsibilities
- Provide child care in the church nursery or Children's Ministry during Sunday morning services.
