Church Nursery Child Care Provider
About The Position
Churches throughout the Baltimore, Maryland area are seeking dependable child care providers to work in their nursery or Children's Ministry during church services, group meetings, special events, and other activities through the SitterTree app. Jobs are available on Thursday, July 23, 2026, from 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM EDT, with additional opportunities available on select days throughout August 2026. Jobs pay $20–$25+/hour. You choose your schedule and decide when and where you would like to work. Work one shift or multiple shifts—whatever fits your availability. Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- Must be willing and able to complete and pass a background check.
- Previous child care experience as a babysitter, nanny, church nursery worker, daycare, preschool, or early learning center teacher, etc.
- Experience with infant and toddler care including diaper changing, naptimes, bottle feeding, etc.
- Strong understanding of child development.
- Patient, kind, and nurturing.
- First aid/CPR certified, including pediatric.
Responsibilities
- Provide child care in church nurseries or Children's Ministry during church services, group meetings, special events, and other activities.
- Care for infants and toddlers, including diaper changing, bottle feeding, and managing nap times.
