Church Nursery Child Care Provider
About The Position
Churches in the Lexington, Kentucky area are seeking child care providers to work in their nursery or Children’s Ministry during service times, group meetings, special events, and more on the SitterTree app. Jobs are primarily available Sunday mornings, with additional opportunities on Saturdays and weekdays. You make your own schedule and decide when and where you would like to work. Jobs are available throughout Lexington, KY and surrounding communities. SitterTree is a tech platform dedicated to connecting parents, preschools and congregations with trusted, local child care.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- Must be willing and able to complete and pass a background check.
- Previous child care experience as a babysitter, nanny, church nursery worker, daycare, preschool, or early learning center teacher, etc.
- Experience with infant and toddler care including diaper changing, naptimes, bottle feeding, etc.
- Strong understanding of child development.
- Patient, kind, and nurturing.
- First aid/CPR certified, including pediatric.
Responsibilities
- Provide child care in a church nursery or Children's Ministry during service times, group meetings, special events, and more.
- Care for infants and toddlers, including diaper changing, bottle feeding, and managing nap times.
