About The Position

The Chubb Associate Program (CAP) is a two-year experience designed to support the well-rounded development of critical business skills, contributing to the company's future success. The program includes hands-on business assignments in various disciplines, interactive classroom instruction, team assignments, and direct interaction with early career professionals, experienced professionals, and leaders. CAP utilizes a blended curriculum of coordinated classroom training, webinars, online self-study, on-the-job learning, group projects, mentoring, and networking. Associates will receive challenging assignments, collaborative learning opportunities, technical training, interpersonal skill development, executive engagement, peer mentoring, and a pathway to leadership development and global assignments. From day one, associates will actively contribute by developing new ideas, gaining exposure to business opportunities, and servicing an existing renewal portfolio. Success in the program requires cultivating strong broker relationships and interfacing with them to develop solutions. Analytical abilities and strong broker relationships will help Chubb grow profitably and achieve business targets. The Claims department focuses on delivering a superior claims experience with integrity, empathy, promptness, expertise, and fairness, managing and resolving a broad range of claims.

  • Must be part of the Chubb Associate Program (CAP).

  • Must be customer service-oriented (within the Claims department).
