About The Position

This is a seasonal position responsible for assisting with the delivery and pick-up of Kettles, stands, and other Christmas-related materials and personnel as directed. The role may also involve ringing bells at assigned locations when needed. The position requires maintaining the security of kettles, assisting with record-keeping, and ensuring the vehicle used is clean and mechanically maintained.

Requirements

• Maintain a valid Driver's License & pass a background check
• Must be clean, neat, and courteous.
• Be knowledgeable of the areas that are to be serviced.
• Must be able to drive in all kinds of weather conditions
• Have knowledge of vehicle operation and maintenance.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for dropping off and picking up kettles daily and deliver to and from designated locations.
• Maintain proper security for kettles.
• Assist with proper record-keeping of kettle systems, to include kettle worker timesheets.
• Fill in as a Bell Ringer when needed daily.
• Check out condition of vehicle daily and ensure that it is properly cleaned and mechanically maintained. Inspection report and mileage log must be maintained and submitted weekly to supervisor.
• As needed, will assist with delivery and pick-up of all Christmas related materials and personnel.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
