About The Position

The Kettle Driver is responsible for transporting employees and volunteers to and from assigned kettle locations, setting up and retrieving kettle stands, and collecting Christmas donations. This is a temporary, full-time position.

Requirements

High School diploma or GED
Must be 21 years of age or older to drive for TSA.
Must have a valid driver's license.
MVR must not exceed 2 points in total.
MVR with no DUIs within the last 18 months.
Ability to pass a defensive driving course.
Must be a safe and alert driver.

Responsibilities

Transport employees and volunteers to and from assigned kettle locations.
Drop off, pick up, and set up kettle stands.
Pick up Christmas donations from various locations.
Ensure all passengers are wearing seat belts when transporting.
Drop off and pick up kettles according to a scheduled route.
Secure kettles with locks and set them up properly at the start of the bell ringing shift.
Pick up kettles at the end of the bell ringing day.
Report any signs of tampering with kettles.
Collect Christmas donations (toys, food, etc.) from assigned locations.
Conduct pre-vehicle safety checks (tires, brake lights, etc.).
Maintain on-time regular attendance.
Perform other duties as assigned related to kettles.
