About The Position
We are seeking a skilled Chocolate Panning Technician with strong experience in the chocolate industry. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with chocolate-covered products, including cookies and bark, and specific expertise in the panning line for coating items such as nuts and fruits. This role is responsible for ensuring the production of finished, professional-quality chocolate products.
Requirements
- Strong experience in the Chocolate Industry.
- Experience with chocolate-covered products, cookies, and bark.
- Specific experience in the Panning line (coating nuts, fruits, etc.).
- Prior experience in the CHOCOLATE/PANNING LINE is mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Operate and manage the chocolate panning line.
- Coat various products such as nuts and fruits with chocolate.
- Ensure the production of finished professional chocolate products.
- Maintain quality standards for chocolate-covered items, cookies, and bark.
