About The Position
The Joint Chiropractic – Grand Junction Rimrock is seeking a motivated, personable Doctor of Chiropractic to join their growing team. This role offers the opportunity to practice chiropractic care without the administrative burdens of running one's own office. The position is open to both full-time and part-time chiropractors, including experienced DCs and new graduates. The clinic focuses on providing convenient, affordable chiropractic care, emphasizing a healthy lifestyle and routine care over traditional insurance-based systems. This model aims to reduce paperwork and administrative tasks, allowing chiropractors to focus on patient care and building relationships.
Requirements
- Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited chiropractic college
- Valid Colorado chiropractic license, or ability to obtain one
- Passing NBCE Parts I–IV or applicable recent SPEC examination
- Eligibility for malpractice coverage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Cares about people

Responsibilities
- Providing high-quality chiropractic adjustments
- Primarily utilizing diversified adjusting techniques
- Performing patient consultations and examinations as appropriate
- Educating patients about chiropractic and wellness
- Helping patients understand the value of consistent, routine care
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- Building relationships with patients and becoming part of their wellness journey
- Working with the Wellness Coordinator and clinic team
- Contributing to a positive, professional patient experience
