The Fraser clinic in Vancouver is seeking a Chiropractor to join their team, serving a diverse community of young families, professionals, and long-time residents who are health-conscious and prioritize fitness and wellness. This role offers a unique opportunity to make an impact in a vibrant community by assisting clients with sports injuries and supporting active professionals.

Requirements

  • Licensed and in good standing with your affiliated college.
  • Appropriate liability insurance.
  • Prioritize client needs, including cross-referring when appropriate, following up with clients, managing outreach to unscheduled clients, and accommodating client schedules.
  • Advocate for personal growth and development, eager to learn from leadership and peers.
  • Thrive on giving and receiving feedback, adjusting client care and performance accordingly.
  • Be a team player, committed to the development of the entire team.
  • Contribute to clinic culture through mentoring students, flexibility in covering shifts, and participation in clinic events.
  • Be collaborative and partner closely with the clinic's Front Desk team.
  • Be a strong communicator, understanding the importance of a positive customer service experience.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality care to every client.
  • Use clinical reasoning and judgment to deliver care and create action plans.
  • Engage with local referral sources to support caseload development.
  • Participate in ongoing mentorship and clinical education.
  • Partner with the Clinic Director and Lead Clinician to determine support and training needs for growth.
