About The Position

LifeClinic is seeking a Chiropractor to join their team. The mission of LifeClinic is to restore, maintain, and optimize human function and performance. As a chiropractor, you will provide adjustments, soft tissue work, and rehab exercises within Life Time facilities. The practice model involves 30-minute, 1:1 patient visits with a health-conscious, primarily cash-based patient base, aiming to avoid insurance hassles. The role offers schedule flexibility once revenue targets are met and provides a proven blueprint and extensive training. LifeClinic is already in 75+ locations and plans to expand to 200.

Requirements

• Committed to working 50+ hours/week and on Saturday mornings while building up client base to achieve performance expectations (usually takes 6 months).
• Committed to marketing (i.e. demos of our soft tissue technique).
• Excellence with patient communication.
• Strong clinical knowledge: spinal/extremity adjustments, soft tissue techniques, and rehab exercise protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort promoting services and converting consultations into ongoing care.
• Ability to balance clinical and administrative duties in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented with a commitment to a high-quality, empathetic patient experience.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with EHR and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Perform chiropractic adjustments and Integrated Muscle and Joint Therapy (IMJT) tailored to each patient.
• Design and guide patients through rehab exercise programs, monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed.
• Conduct outreach and direct marketing to Life Time members and prospective patients.
• Present personalized care plans (including financial and scheduling options) and build long-term relationships through consistent follow-up.
• Maintain accurate, timely SOAP note documentation.
• Manage scheduling, appointment updates, and patient communications.
• Collaborate with Life Time staff and other healthcare professionals for integrated care delivery.
• Engage with potential patients on the fitness floor.
• Get patients excited to commit to a treatment plan, including presenting financial care plans.
• Provide exceptional patient care using LifeClinic’s proven processes.
