About The Position

We are seeking a confident and motivated Chiropractor to join our established, growing practice in Hampton, VA. This is a W-2 employed position with a guaranteed base salary plus up to $20,000 in additional performance compensation. The role offers an established patient base with strong new-patient flow and an experienced clinical and administrative team supporting you. The practice has served the Hampton Roads community for nearly 10 years and treats a diverse patient population. The primary focus will be on being the doctor, with no expectation to build a patient base from scratch, handle collections, manage the front desk, or carry the marketing burden.

Requirements

• Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree
• Virginia chiropractic license or eligibility for licensure
• Confident, skilled full-spine adjuster who is comfortable with techniques such as Diversified, Thompson Drop, and Activator

Nice To Haves

• Pediatric experience and Webster Certification are a plus
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Perform chiropractic adjustments and extremity adjusting
• Conduct patient exams, re-exams, and progress evaluations
• Take and review X-rays and clinical findings
• Develop individualized treatment and wellness plans
• Educate patients and clearly communicate recommendations
• Identify patients who may benefit from rehabilitation, spinal decompression, or other supportive therapies
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation
• Collaborate with our experienced clinical and support team
